Stainless Steel Tempered Coil
Rolltech is a manufacturer of precision stainless steel strip and foil products. Our two rolling mills produce to the tightest industry tolerances. All processes are conducted in house in our climate-controlled facilities. Rolltech Precision Metals produces stainless steel coils in the 1/4 hard, 1/2 hard, 3/4 hard, fully hard and spring tempers. We also manufacture custom tempers per our customers’ requirements.
Thin Gauge Stainless Steel Foil
RollTech foil is precision rolled to extra tight tolerances. We produce tight tolerance strip as thin as .0008 with thickness tolerance as tight as +/- .00004.
Rolling
Our two rolling mills give us the ability to reroll nickel alloys and stainless steel from .063 through .0008 thick.
Slitting
Our inhouse slitters can slit from 13 inch wide to as narrow as .250 wide offering tolerances as tight as +/-.003.
Annealing
Our inhouse atmosphere controlled (bright annealing) lines produce consistent physical properties and superior finish.
Edge Conditioning
Our two inhouse slitters produce a consistent #3 edge. Other slit edges are available by request. We have inhouse edging capabilities for safety edges, including a #1 or #5 safety edge.
